Start a project in the Backbone Project Manager to start collaborating with your team and suppliers.

Invite your colleagues and any guest users such as your factories and suppliers under the Users Tab.

Your guest users will get read-only access to any products or components you share with them and they will be able to participate in discussions, view project calendars & milestone dates, and receive files.


Start a discussion

Quit digging through email threads. Use the Discussion Tab to communicate with your team and suppliers.

Track conversations, share notes and files so you always have a record of the product and component evolution.



Create a unified calendar

Each project comes equipped with its own calendar and task manager. Add milestones, assign tasks with due dates, and track deliverables. Keep your team aligned and stay organized.



Unlimited file storage

Every project you create has its own file repository. Store and share artwork, inspiration, CADs, sketches, and more with your team and suppliers.
